My AI Use Policy

Since AI is a thing today, if you’re even at all interested, I want to be fully upfront about how I view it.

First, if you want no part of AI?

Poof! I won’t use it even for the below tasks.

Yes, I may use AI as a tool in my workflow. And no, it doesn’t write your newsletter for you. I do that.

Here’s how AI works around here:

There are a few tasks it can help with such as…

  • Brainstorm ideas or to break through writing snags.
  • Basic edits or improve passivity, readability, and other stats.
  • Quick research or gather background info
  • Reword sentences or spark different phrasing.

Think of it like having a supercharged thesaurus, editor, another form of Grammarly, a research assistant, or collaborator.

It’s a helpful tool, but it’s not in the driver’s seat.

I am.

Why AI doesn’t replace either one of us.

AI can do a lot, but it isn’t human. It doesn’t know your authentic, emotion-based voice like a trained human does.

It takes trained human judgment, insight, and editing to use AI on any copywriting project to reach other humans effectively. That’s been tested and proven by today’s smartest marketing gurus.

Every newsletter or project I write is crafted with your voice and your perspective. AI only helps with the heavy lifting in the background, but the final product is 100% human-crafted, reviewed, edited, and customized to fit your authentic voice.

There you have it.

Don’t want any part of it? Let me know. Otherwise, let’s get your newsletter up and running.
