I sure am sorry something went wrong getting your snack or beverage while traveling. Major expectation bummer.
But, before filling out the refund card below…
We get a lot of awesome customers like you who:
- See a $10 security hold on their card, and think something went wrong, like that was the charge to their card. Be assured, you weren’t charged $10 for your soda or snack. The hold is put on by the card processing company. You will see the proper charge in a couple days, or on your statement at the end of the month.
- Mistake the $1 coin for quarters, and think they were short changed. We use $1 coin to dispense change. This prevents customers from walking around all day long with a pocket full of quarters. You may want to check your pocket right now to see if you received $1 coin as well.
These are common errors. I’ve made them myself, so don’t worry about it. Aside from those things, don’t fret my friend… I’ve got your back. Simply fill out the below information, and I’ll personally make it right.
